Malaysia watchful over LTTE chief

Malaysian authorities have tightened their security to prevent any attempt of LTTE chief Prabhakaran entering their country.

According to the Malaysian Police Chief Musa Hassan, Malaysian military units have set up special security measures to monitor and prevent such attempts and also the local intelligence agents have been deployed to ensure whether Prabhakaran is already within the country.

With the successful offensive made by security forces, LTTE terrorists are cornered in to a limited area in Mullaittivu and the possibility of LTTE chief fleeing by sea is been raised by many. Neighboring countries are concerned on this issue and are constantly monitoring all entry points into their countries.
